> Stylized elements such as backgrounds or text are optional and free, but if you want a detailed one, I will be charging extra depending on the detail required.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

> I reserve the rights to post any commission in my social media, this includes self-promotion and my own portfolio.> If it is regarding comercial use, please let me know to discuss the details.> My responses might be delayed due to matters as work or study, I appreciate your understanding.

Payment and Process

> Payment method: PayPal or Ko-Fi> I will take the payment once the first sketch is approved, if any major changes (character, pose, etc.) are requested past this stage I can charge a extra.> If you would like a refund, please let me know so we can negotiate a refund depending the state of the order.> Once the commission is complete, I will not provide any refunds.

Client's Personal Rights

> The artwork may be used for personal use such as social media avatar, banner, or streaming asset.> You are not allowed to reproduce or distribute my work as your own.> Do not use my art for AI training, or minting for NFTs.> Editing or tracing is prohibited. Please make a inquiry about this matter first.

Commercial Use

> Intending to use the artwork for commercial use can be discussed after or before the commission process starts.> Commissioner and artist must discuss and approve any commercial use.> Artwork will be subject for a additional commercial cost.> Commercial fee can be negotiated.
